As someone who has held leadership roles in digital media, entrepreneurship, journalism, and corporate communication, I've come to understand that true success is about more than just individual accomplishments - it's about lifting others up along the way. Over the course of six years, I've honed my skills in business, marketing, and networking, developing expertise in branding, advertising, digital strategy, and more across several continents, including LATAM, Australia, the USA, and Europe.
One of my proudest achievements has been founding the first networking group for Spanish-speaking businesswomen in Australia, and mentoring, advising, and speaking to over 500 professionals and entrepreneurs worldwide. My journey hasn't been without its obstacles - as a Latina immigrant living in Australia, I faced a lack of support and community for women like me. But I refused to be discouraged.
Instead, I took action, educating myself, rallying like-minded women, and creating Reinventadas. Today, this community is more than just a network - it's a safe haven for women to find support, encouragement, and solidarity with other migrant Latinas pursuing entrepreneurship in Australia. Paula is a global edu-entrepreneur who connects and creates transformation in institutions, companies, charities, and governments. She started her first social enterprise project when she was just 9 years old and has been a social entrepreneur every day since then.
Over 10 years ago, Paula noticed a gap between education and the fast-paced world of business and innovation. This insight drove her to join forces with thousands of entrepreneurs from around the world and establish the world's first accredited incubator, now known as the Academy of Entrepreneurs, which teaches students in over 130 countries.

Kerry Brownell
Personal Stylist
I have always been passionate about fashion and beauty. Over the past 20 years, I have helped numerous people overcome their lack of confidence and express themselves freely through fashion and beauty.
It all started with me dressing up my friends and helping them choose their outfits in our younger days. Later, I worked as a flight attendant and then educated myself in the beauty industry and started my own business. This led me to work as a makeup artist on photoshoots, TV commercials, and weddings.
Afterwards, I worked in sales in the skincare and makeup industry. My philosophy is that clothes are just a tool to help build a person's confidence and improve their body image. Through my styling sessions, clients have experienced significant changes in their lives.
Witnessing the difference in their body language and seeing the smile on their faces when they leave my studio is very rewarding. Now, I am here to assist people from all walks of life to unlock a new version of themselves through my kind, constructive approach to personal styling. Meet Us Here.

Neurobiologist Therapist & Founder La Casa Support
Lorena Castañeda is a Colombian holistic therapist who approaches her work by combining neurobiology and mindfulness techniques.
She has created a space called La Casa Support where individuals can feel emotionally supported, explore their feelings, and transform their pain and discomfort.

No, we only sell tickets online before the event.
Unfortunately, we are not authorised to allow minors to attend the event.
While there is parking in the vicinity of the event, we recommend taking public transportation as it may be crowded due to parallel events. If you do decide to drive, please arrive several minutes before the event to ensure you have enough time to park.
The venue is just a 3-minute walk from Epping Station and only a 1-minute walk from public buses.
No, it is strictly prohibited to bring any direct or indirect promotional material to the event. Our partner brands are the only ones authorized to promote themselves at the event.
