With more than two decades of experience leading talent across Latin America and Australia, Alba has dedicated her career to opening opportunities and building bridges between professionals and organizations.

For 18 years, she established and led ManpowerGroup’s operations in southern Colombia, managing more than 3,000 recruitment processes and 5,000 performance evaluations across key industries such as retail, agribusiness, energy, and oil & gas.

After migrating to Australia, she identified a critical gap: international professionals were highly skilled but lacked the tools to navigate the Australian job market. In response, she designed and implemented the first employability program for migrants and international students within a Latin educational agency, connecting global talent with internships and real employment pathways.

Today, as the founder of Global Career Connections, she guides international professionals in strategically reinventing themselves and positioning their experience for success in global labour markets.
