With 23+ years of experience leading talent, recruitment and employability strategies, helping organisations and professionals thrive across Colombia, Australia and international markets.

I opened and led ManpowerGroup’s operations in Southern Colombia for 18 years, managing more than 3,000 recruitment processes and 5,000 performance evaluations across key industries such as retail, agribusiness, energy and hydrocarbons. 

After relocating to Australia, I designed and implemented the first employability program for migrant and international students within a Latin education agency, connecting global talent with real internship and job opportunities. 

Today, as the Founder of Global Career Connections, I support international talent through career coaching, professional branding, CV and LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation and global job search strategies. I also collaborate with organisations seeking to attract talent, strengthen multicultural teams and develop people-centred HR practices.
